The basis of the artisan bread culture since 1918 is what has prevailed in designing the premises and selecting the materials used, such as wood; with its somewhat rustic and worn texture, the passage of time is evident. The concept of craftsmanship and tradition can be best appreciated in the bread display cabinet, made entirely of wood at the request of our client. Other recovered elements have been added, such as the old bicycle that lines the wall behind the wrought iron balustrade or the old digitized images of the beginning of work in the furnace, to continue with the same effect. The privileged location of this town near the Mediterranean has also inspired us to use the color white, for the strength and freshness that it transmits and that is the protagonist in the tiles that cover the walls, the marble of the pavement or in the countertops of the counters. It is also worth mentioning the large windows that communicate with the workshop, so important to show the elaboration of the product.
